The strategic agreement signed meeting between Creative Distribution Automation Co.,Ltd ( after called CREAT) and Zhongshangquanlian Electricity sales company (after called Zhongshangquanlian) was held in head office of CREAT on 30th Aug, 2017. The president of CREAT Mr. Zhang Xinyu and the president of Zhongshangquanlian Mr. Xu Minxing signed the agreement. Both parties agreed to cooperate in the smart maintenance of power distribution and application, energy efficiency management, energy quality improvement and general energy service business.
